Founder
We started The Carnosine Gel after years of chasing recovery that actually held up between sessions.
Carnosine had the research behind it, but nothing on the shelf delivered it where the work happens — on the muscle, right after the effort.
So we built the formula we wanted: fast-absorbing, no greasy film, and honest about what it does.
